By applying to the Baltimore Vintage Expo, you agree to the following terms: I hereby assume all risks and hazards incidental to any participation in The Baltimore Vintage Expo taking place at Union Craft Brewery on 6/8/2025. I acknowledge that at such time as I am accepted to the expo, booth fees ($300 per booth) are due within 1 week of that acceptance. I acknowledge that if my invoice remains unpaid after that point, my booth space may go to another vendor. All payments for this event are non refundable. I understand that there are indoor & outdoor booth locations at the BVE and my application here is for any location. Booth locations are determined after general acceptance. BVE organizers rotate vendor locations at each event to draw patrons to each area of Union Brewery. There are no bad booth spaces! Split booths are only allowed at the BVE if approved by organizers at the time of acceptance. If you want to split a booth w/ another vendor this must be approved by the organizers via communication BEFORE payment is made. Any vendor splitting a booth without approval may be subjected to a fee & vendors may not be welcomed back to future events. I do hereby expressly release and hold harmless Union Craft Brewery and the members and employees of Union Craft Brewery, as well as the BVE organizers from liability for all damages to or for the loss of the art work, display structures and related materials that I am voluntarily submitting, including transportation to and from activities. I do hereby release and hold harmless the above listed parties from any claim arising from and usage of the facilities.
